Refund requests may only be considered if installation is technically impossible from the Company side or services cannot be initiated before activation. Approved refunds, if applicable, shall be processed after internal verification. No refunds shall apply after installation completion, operational activation, merchant cancellation, or merchant-side delays/issues.
NON-REFUND POLICY
All onboarding charges, installation fees, operational charges, campaign fees, processing fees, and associated payments are strictly non-refundable once operational processing or installation has started. APNA SCREEN NETWORK reserves full rights regarding operational approvals and network management decisions.
