onboarding, LED installation services, and advertising operations.
Company Rights:
The Company reserves rights regarding merchant approvals, advertisement approvals, installation management,
campaign scheduling, operational policies, and service activation or termination.
Screen Ownership:
All LED screens, systems, software, and operational technologies remain the property of APNA SCREEN
NETWORK unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Merchant Responsibilities:
Merchants must provide electricity connection, installation space, and protect the screen from damage, misuse,
theft, leakage, or negligence.
Advertisement Policy:
Illegal, misleading, adult, gambling, hateful, or restricted advertisements are strictly prohibited.
Earnings Disclaimer:
Any income examples or earning projections are indicative only. Actual earnings may vary depending upon
footfall, advertisement demand, and operational conditions.
Jurisdiction:
All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi NCR courts
